We seek an Exhibit Fabrication Intern who can help our team with in-house fabrication projects while maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work environment. The Intern may also be asked to manage smaller tasks and projects independently. As their skills and abilities improve, the complexity and difficulty of those projects may increase.
The most important attribute of an Exhibit Fabrication Intern is the ability and willingness to learn. The Intern should receive and respond well to constructive criticism and take mistakes seriously without taking them personally. The Intern should be comfortable making errors and discussing and learning from them. Successful candidates should be willing to continually work to the edge of their ability so that their skills grow every day, and be proactive in asking for help or advice.
The Exhibit Fabrication Intern should be collaborative, empathetic, and able to see how their actions impact the work, safety, and well-being of others.
